    Good ideas! I always safe tin containers too! Glad to someone else who recycles and reuses them! 👍

      Thank you! If it wasn't so expensive, I'd throw together a basic kit from random stores. I'm always checking out how I could build a kit from different types of stores, grocery, pharmacies, etc.

    Looking forward to the billy pot. Have a number of cook kits but prefer the Stanley. Like to put one of the green cups in my kits so that not all my containers are hot to the touch, also the green cups have a measurement notch of one cup on the inside

    Large hose clamp to attach your bail to the outside. Don't think a fish spreader will go big enough for the size of the pot

      You know, that is an excellent idea and believe it or not, I had one at one time but now I'm not sure what happened to it. Liked to keep it with my big water bottle. Worked great! I really need to get my gear more organized! Thanks for the comment and sub!
