Best tutorial ever! Describing which corners are inside out and which are right way round makes all the difference for me. I've never been able to remember the steps until now with this tip :)

I'm not a young mum like you (my kids have flown the coop!) but I'm finding most of you videos very helpful (I could have used the potty training one about 25 years ago!!! )

OMG, your video was the BEST! I tried a wiki article with written descriptions and 10 sec videos, then 4 other TH-cam videos (including the Martha Stewart one, which frustrated me to no end) until I found yours. You explained every step slowly and clearly, as well as unforeseen issues that could come up, and ways to make sure you were on the right track. The visual instructions, camera angles, and editing made it very easy to follow as well. And, all under 10 minutes! Beautiful, bravo! I am packing my life into 2 suitcases for living abroad, and space is of the essence. Thank you, thank you for the great tutorial!! Saludos~

Very well explained! Wanted my 13yr old son to fold sheets yesterday and had different youtube video and he did not get it. This video I know will work. Love the pillowcase at the end! Suggestion: in the beginning, if you turn the sheet so the correct side of sheet is facing your body with corner seams facing out, then bring both seams together, that is easier than turning one corner and going under the other for the seams to match up. Saw it on yesterday's video. Thanks so much for the details!

I just watched 5 "how to fold fitted sheets" videos and had given up and walked away and then decided to try one more. I hesitated to view this one because it was so long but thought maybe that was a good thing. I watched it and this was great! Marissa explained every step completely, showing what your sheet should look like at each step in the process. I especially like the corner thing that shows that the corners are right side out, then inside out, then right side out and then inside out. That made all the difference and I finally got a great, neat folded fitted sheet. And the right side, inside, right side, inside corners is something I can remember! Thank you very much! Also, I had never done the neat pillow case thing where the total sheet set is kept together. Now I am going to rearrange my linen closet with all my sheet sets together. I should have a lot more room and not the messy closet I have now. Wonderful video!!!

I have not tried yours yet, but the instructions were very detailed, so I think I can do it and I am about to try, but my biggest hooray is that you told us about putting everything into the last pillowcase! I've never thought about doing that! Great tip, and thank you! I'll let you know in my next post if I was able to follow your instructions and come up with a nicely folded fitted sheet or not. :-)

I have seen this method before but was not able to do it.
The other person did not give explanation in detail like you did.
I thought all corners were connected inside out and it never looked good.
Your explanation explained the proper corner to fold in.
(Inside out or proper side) That made a world of difference!

I found this tonight and may I say the instructions were simply spot on and so easy to follow.
I even had my teenage sons following your instructions and they were astonished at how easy it was to fold the sheets, too.
Now they can clean and tidy their rooms with the additional knowledge of how easy it is to fold sheets and put them away.
I'm going to give this a try! Not sure I'll ever be able to fold a fitted sheet.

Sitting at home...started folding clothes....the dreaded fitted sheets....my wife has tried to show me but alas....so I decided to look on the internet....took 5 videos until I found this one....I too was getting the inside, right side, inside, right side of the corners incorrect.....thanks for the detail. I now feel like a seasoned veteran.....wait til wifey gets home....no more sheets for her to re-fold....Thank you Ms Roberts

My fitted sheet is horribly deformed apparently...!! But this tutorial gave me enough to work with (and now I know I need to buy new sheets, haha)! Thank you so much for explaining which corner needed to be inside out/right way; I had a tutorial which did it way too quick and missed those details and it had me extremely frustrated! Gonna add this to my housekeeping playlist now!
