As a huge berg fan that bags almost all MVP Axiom Streamline, I'm stoked to see what this can do.

Mvp spoke about that they could make a low glide approach disc in streamline like a Pig or Berg. The overmold tech makes it hard for them to really make those low glide approach discs apparantly. A fan requested this kind of disc as they only have glidey putters.

Really curious to see if they can eventually match this puddle top with an overmold. The 1/7/X/X trio shows they’ll give each brand their own flavor if it’s a hit. I’ve seen rumblings today that this could indeed be a Space Race disc this year.

The Range rim configuration (71.50) is duller than most. Lower number is sharper. Maximum sharpness is 26, which is faster and more aerodynamic. Maximum dullness is over 100, which is slower and less aerodynamic. So it's a slower putter with a 1.0cm rim. That's likely a 1-speed Berg (87 rim configuration) style disc. But check out the leading edge of the disc. It's likely less stable than the Berg, so this is likely a slightly understable 1-speed approach disc.

Thanks for the info. That sharpness number makes sense. It looks like a Berg-ish disc with a slightly bigger rim, but we shall see.

@@PartTimeDiscGolf Yeah it appears to be slower and possibly less stable than the Pilot, so probably something complementary, but unique. I don't think they'll make an overmold version of this disc. It might be a "must have" in the sense that no other disc in their family is like it. 🙂
