    I just acquired a 1973 CT90 which makes your parts bike look factory fresh. I think if it was me, the first thing to do after hooking up the battery would be to remove the wires from your ignition switch, and them hook those together. My thinking is the switch opens and closes, so jump the wires to close and complete the circuit. Of course I too am very unfamiliar with the electrics so I probably am wrong. Keep at, I look forward to learn about when I get to my CT90

    Good work! I tested the ignition coil of my Skyteam PBR 125 (Honda ZB 50 clone) with the 12 V battery and a spark plug. It was ok, the real problem was the side stand switch, which had leaked water into it. I was told that after I had sold the bike bc I was annoyed of the china crap...
