I find your videos compelling, filled with kindness, compassion and acceptance of your human self.
Your vulnerability takes your videos to a level which is an inspiration for me. Your soul is shining through every word you speak, as if daring us to come and join you in LIVING. I am so grateful for your words. Keep speaking to us.

That’s the kind of comment I wish I could come up with. Well said.

I love you for who you are, Elizabeth. I am inspired by your vulnerability. I am open to all possibilities of the future. I also have CPTSD developed from childhood. I was also grown in a religion I did not feel at home with. Thank you for sharing such valuable information with us. When you said something along the lines of, "What if God is the part of us that gives us peace," I felt like that resonated with me. Thank you for putting things into words that I struggle to express. Sending positive and loving energy your way. ❤️

I really appreciate this video, thank you for making this. I personally have problems with vulnerability and as a child i never felt safe voicing my own opinion in fear because I wont be accepted and loved for being my authentic self.
I always felt alone but i have a lot to work on so for now i will focus on myself and resolving my issues and trauma.

Your sensitivity and sweetness is such a powerful gift. You have a unique capacity as a therapist, your authenticity is so calming and genuine. I love how open you are about your own journey and aren't afraid to be vulnerable in sharing your healing journey with us. I haven't watched a video of yours yet that hasn't resonated with me on some level. I am grateful I found your channel!!!

I can relate so much to your story. Thank you for sharing. ❤ I am still recovering from the belief system I was born into and trying to cultivate my own spiritual beliefs. My life was also very restricted and I was taught many of the same things you were. I really like what you said about curiosity and letting it lead you.

Thank you very much. I have struggled immensely with fear as a very highly sensitive person with a pretty traumatic past of emotional abuse, isolation and neglect. The world never felt safe and so I have been in constant internal conflict my whole life about wanting to live and be seen and known, and also wanting to hide from live. I honestly wasted years in this place and still want to run.

Your experience in feeling connected to witchcraft imo is a symbol of individuation: your curiosity led you to overcome your fear and bc it was a positive experience, contrary to and unlike any of what you anticipated based on childhood programming, it was positive reinforcement for that childlike sense of wonder and curiosity, which brought great joy, relief and a feeling of empowerment to your inner child. Your inner child felt very much seen, validated, respected, valued and liberated 🎉. Definitely can't knock it.

Thank you so much for your videos! I love when you talk about your patterns. I notice the same patterns within me - and still struggeling a lot.

Thank you Elizabeth. Appreciating this inter-weaving, insightful and inter-connected talk.
Bless for the powerful vulnerability you are bringing to the table as you enquire and encourage curiosity into what feels unpleasant.
I found humor yesterday in describing this last wave of healing & suffering as the Umbrella of 'P' - Pmdd/Peri-menopausal/Ptsd = Process , I'm also witnessing my neuro-diversity in it's zenith. Empty and pre-verbal is the status. Here's to befriending and dismantling the Dragon 🙏
Powerful listening on spiritual harm just to acknowledge, as wish to stay brief for a 'comment'.
    All the very best, Iris🌱

I just found you on youtube and I was also a seventh day Adventist and I was also raised in a very volatile household. I connected with you immediately. I am going to begin somatic therapy with my therapist next week and I am a little scared but I have alot of trauma from my first marriage and I have been working to heal my nervous system from anxiety for last 5 months and it's been very hard but I believe I am finally ready to deal with these traumatic events so I can achieve release

I am Christian and I had a huge false self. I am still Christian but I broke off from all the toxicity of religion. I kept the spirituality and ditched the religion. I ditched the shoulds and the musts. And I believe that God hates these too. If we’re created that differentiated then we must be made by a God who is even more free and differentiated than us.
