Love your viewpoint on the brigade system. In most restaurants it sucks the life out of staff through intimidation and punishment. How is that an affirmative way to live or work? Your analogy of ducks flying together is humanist [sorry ducks], reaffirming and nurtures individuals and the community you're evolving to be.
