Review of Sentencing. Is it time!

Do some cases deserve custodial sentences or is it time to review our laws.
Is the justice System in Kenya fair to all or does the justice scale tilt according to how heavy one's pockets are.

This case should be reviewed frankly, how can someone helping turn to be the accused and jailed.

Hi Grace, kindly answer this, why don't we organize within our capacity to inform the Chief justice that this issue of prisoners complaining that they were falsely accused, then imprisoned is painful. They can't be all lying. Denying someone freedom for a crime the didn't commit should not come from a democratic country like Kenya.

Some do not know how to defend themselves b4 the judge but some are guilty as charged. A good suggestion. Cases are normally reviewed through appeals and with a good lawyer there are possibilities of acquittal.
