Do you recommend cutting back a bare root dormant persimmon tree when planting?
How big and aggressive the root ball of the grafted weeping mulberry will get? I consider planting one near our house but my husband worries the roots will damage the foundation.

Not particularly, but they do produce a lot of suckers. We actually found it is beneficial to let the suckers grow so they can flower and pollinate the main trunk of the tree.
To anyone that have a mulberry tree, Does it help distract the birds from other fruits ripening or hurt by attracting more birds to your property? I’m thinking of recommending it to a neighbor.

We typically don't carry that one because we think the Jiro and Imoto have a better flavor. I'm not sure if we have a supplier for them either

You will just have to wait and see when it starts fruiting! Unless you know a scientist who can analyze the DNA of the plant, but that tends to be very expensive.
