Koala Sampler hosted inside of Roland Zenbeats is an efficient and fast workflow. This demonstration is a brief showcase of both apps and their workflow together.
I LOOOVEE koala. I've never used zenbeats but it has interested me for soooo long. But so many conflicting reviews. And I've never really found any good tutorials.. so thank you
I'm so glad I ran across your page I have Zen beats on my MacBook I never heard a koala I have to look into that the project I'm working on now I would like to hook up my M-Audio code 61 keyboard to the Zen beats so I can play my keys from the Zen beats on the code 61. You mentioned automation please do more tutorials I like the way you explain things and give an example I don't think it will be much different from the iPhone creating sounds opposed to my MacBook I'll just have to use the cursor because it's not touch sensitive you got a new subscriber thank you for all your information I appreciate you.
Blocs Wave is REALLY underrated imho! I looooooove it for off the cuff beat making. ZenBeats is really cool as well; it has that Ableton Live clip launching to Timeline vibe. Live is my main DAW so this works nicely in hand. Nice vid!!
I tried zenbeats a while back and didn’t really get into it. I recently downloaded for my kids android tablets and saw an update. I like it’s lay out my only issue was I didn’t fully get it for what I want to do which is everything daw and play live. I decided to test the subscription. I can see it’s powerful but couldn’t quite get me head around some of it. Seeing that I can load my other apps now makes me believe I might be able to use this live now. If that is the case and the app is stable this is definitely worth the $30/year subscription. If it does the job when I figure things out I’m going to try to push this a little more. I really want to use my iPad for live gigging.
Fantastic video! I've used these apps separately, but was never able to create a satisfying workflow myself. Thank you for this. Question, how were you able to activate the mute/solo option in Koala near the bottom left of the screen?
I like this workflow you’re presenting. Nice sounding song also.🎶

Zenbeats is certainly overlooked. Best, fastest and most complete DAW on iOS. 👍
Thanks for the lesson. I’ve had Zenbeats for awhile but I just started using Koala and this was incredibly helpful.
thorough and exactly what i was lookin' for,, even the mistakes helped.. really appreciate the time taken.. thank u,
No idea what I am doing but was able to replicate this and it is rad! I struggled with the built in sequencer. Excited to mess around. Thanks!
This is dope for giving a better sequencer.

Hay dud stop shaking the table 😂
Nice! I love Koala and I’m just getting into Zenbeats. FYI, I am also trying all of this out with the Keystep Pro.

Good job dude !
Great tutorial
Big ups. Hope I get ZenBeats down because it will help tweak Koala productions, esp fx and automation.

So you used another iPhone to shoot this iPhone, the quality is very good, subbed.
Roland just put out ZB3. Really great but issues with AU’s. They’re aware and working on an update.
Salut 👋 merci
How did you get zenbeats to play koala like that?
