I get it but it's a very vulnerable platform, quite slow, not refined and costs about as much as a Twizy or real microcar. Because traffic is shared with cars and trucks and these tend to cost about as much as a car, they just never take off. A more thought through Twizy style vehicle I believe has a real chance in the market. Like fully enclosed with doors and more aerodynamic than the twizy. With today's moderate battery cost (supply aside) it should be doable as cost effective. Fun city runabout and with the aero and power for minimal motorway speeds, ie 100km/h
agreed - a Twizy-like microcar, but with decent doors. at least 60km/h, not 45km/h like Citroen Ami. There were some teasers like Toyota i-Road or Seat minimo, maybe Renault will come with Twizy-replacement - Renault Mobilize Duo. They'd better do it before china comes with their mini evs.
