I have a very tight budget and I have not owned a device like this before and I think it's a great starting point for the money. Unless you have something else you could suggest. I'm pretty sold on it.

Looks amazing! I'm doing one tomorrow and the recipe I found said smoke at 225 for 30 min per pound, with a 15 pound bird I was looking at starting it around 4am to allow a good 6 hours of cook time but seeing y'all do this at 300 in 3 hours might have allowed me to get some more sleep in the morning.
Oh for sure! We go with 300, and so many we follow do something similar, 4-5 hours is what we plan for but this one cooked quickly! It was just under 11lbs. Get some sleep and Happy Thanksgiving!!🦃🦃

They are usually in the fall/winter because…. Well it’s hot any other time. If you guys would ever want to check out a competition let me know and I will make sure to let you know when I will be competing in or close to Florida.

Oh I’m coming from an 30 electric smoker with a 275 degree max! What about butter under skin! Anything different y’all would have done? What was the thigh temp?….. gobble gobble 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

So many swear by using a brine, but we found this to be absolutely amazing! A lot of seasoning/salt in the cavity to help penetrate throughout the bird, this is a tip our mom gave us, otherwise, smoke on brother, Happy Thanksgiving! Let us know how it all turns out!!
We have a Pit boss Vertical pellet smoker and I want t smoke the 4 turkey breasts and spiral ham for Thanksgiving and my husband and son think it’s a bad idea 🤯. “Some people won’t like it” they said. 🤷♂️

Thank you fam - as an “educational” channel, we cannot show a video to a learning audience in which we pull the meat early (we took major heat for pulling chicken a bit early about 3 years ago…). 165, it was absolutely tender and juicy. Dark meat was at 175. Cheers

Love you guys but that white meat looked way over done and dry. White needs to be pulled at a lower temp while the dark needs to go a bit higher.
