That's the best car you've ever had on the channel by far. Manthey are legends round the Nordeshleife. GT2RS is the car you should be aiming for no question. All dailys to go except one👍 Well done to Johny. Great content.
One car you should put around is a caparo T1. Always wondered what it would do as a nurburgring lap time. I still reckon that would be the fastest thing around the circuit if given modern tyres

Going for a lap record in one of the fastest road cars on the planet on a track day with normal peeps in their normal-ish cars and then be surprised you encounter constant traffic is a bit... naive. It was never going to work as the closing speeds are too great.
To put that in perspective a MotoGP bike is only just dipping into the 1m59’s in Qualifying - insane!! Even more insane is the jump to F1 cars that are running 30s a lap quicker than the MotoGP bikes meaning they would lap them every 3 laps 😮
It was an admirable attempt but it is not an off the shelf production car is it ? It’s been race prepared by a 3rd party, although Porsche does partially own Manthey If McLaren or even Lamborghini chose to race prepare a car that would be the comparison.
