Thank you for this! I've never had much luck with squash. But I think this year a robust effort in gardening and growing our own food will be important. I appreciate your content!

Just found you here, and this is the second video I've watched. Your information is easy to understand, and I have learned a LOT already! I have a lot of shade in the front of my house, and much more shade in the back, along with partial shade and a patio area with sun around noon, and on. It's gets challenging but you telling me what will do best in the three areas (shade, partial sun, and full sun) is going to help me a lot. Can't wait to see you other videos. (Taking notes!)

Sometimes I regret planting multiple squash plants because I can't eat 10 lbs of squash a day, but then other years they get some sort of stem rot and many die basically overnight. I guess I'd rather have too many than not enough. And squash blossoms are quite tasty too...

Ive had 100° plus temps. Female blossoms are NOT blooming and I've about 20 2 inch shriveled squash. At first i thought maybe i needed to hand pollinate. Then i realised female blooms are never maturing/opening to pollinate.
I am at a loss. Ive checked for all possible pest problems. The plant itself is healthy, lots of healthy male flowers. Any suggestions? Every troubleshoot problems i find are no male flowers or end rot. Ive got neither of those.
