I have ordered water at a bar. Yes I'm weird. Also, in Europe, you can bring wine or beer on at ports and they don't hold it.

Majority of the ships use Reverse Osmosis systems or Evaporators to turn the salt water into fresh safe drinkable water. Even better than most cities in the US

Some countries like Japan, Vietnam, Maylasia, Thailand, etc., require that you carry your original passport, not a copy, with you at all times. If stolen or lost, having a photocopy helps the embassy reissue your passport as you will need it to re-enter your home country.
Re copy of CC, yes, I meant a photocopy of your card printed from a screenshot that you will delete. I really like your suggestion of keeping the three digit security code on your phone. Also, it's good to know that you can now order cruise the Vineyards online, so thank you.
You are looking very hippy/dippy/trippy today, Wild Thing. 😁😉🤣

In Thailand and Vietnam the ship took our passports away, so not on a cruise, maybe on a land tour

Good to know. Hate having to carry it around after I disembark the Panorama in Japan and Thailand.
