Could you guys post a video simulating if a cat put their head in the gap between the globe and the base while in a cleaning cycle? What safety mechanisms are there for that? Personally wouldn't be able to buy until i know its 100% safe

Hi! I asked them the same question and they say: The Neakasa M1 provides 5 pairs of infrared sensors and 4 weight sensors to stop the operation when your cats accidentally jump into the trash bin or press the lower base. The M1 will automatically pause its operation and wait for 15 seconds before resuming the cycle after your cat's out. Also, the Globe, the rotating and sifting component, will not completely close while cleaning, which provides a double-secured anti-pinch protection.
Additionally, once the M1 detects cat contact during operation. It will pause as well to secure your cat's safety.

Hi Sheytopia, thank you for your comment! There are many dogs featured in the video because it was filmed at Superzoo, where many of our invited TH-camrs brought their dogs for the shoot. It's worth mentioning that even though they participated in shooting with dogs, they also have cats at home. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

I have one product already from the company 3. They are patented in the USA 4. I'm in their Facebook group and they have a great customer service and always respond to questions. Also they share videos of their production already because they should ship it soon 😊 You'll have a bit of risk but personally I'm pretty sure it's a good company 😊 And no, I'm not paid or something 😂 Just my own expirence.
