Man this is a heartbreaker. Motonosity is one of the only motovloggers who stayed true to himself through all the years. It's sad to see him finally turning the corner. We are all getting older. I miss the moto boom with the huge meetups with all the other guys, like jake, Dan, Chase, and many more. I will always remember one of my favorite videos was when he went to this board walk to get pictures on the red and white R1, and it started raining. It was just such a fun, beautiful, and simple day. I love you, Motonosity, and i hope all the best for you... The video I mentioned was titled "This was a bad idea"
Hey man, it’s alright. I went through a whirlwind recently as well. Wiped out hard, sold the bikes and I’m back studying doing what I want to do for the rest of my life. Stay up. 💯
@@Dingo_JS19 I crashed on the interstate and it wasn’t pretty. Thankfully I had full Kevlar pants on made by Klim and was wearing my DAINESE jacket, alpinestars gloves and shoei x14 helmet. Gear saved me.
Always excited for a new motonosity project. The detail and care you put into a new bike is really inspiring. It'll be sad to see you without an r1 after it being a focus of the chanel for so long, but i look forward to new things.
Haven’t watched your page in over 7 years! I used to watch your vlogs like a tv show ahaha. Wild to see how far you’ve come, appreciate the content you’ve made. I bought my first R1 many years ago based on your reviews! Keep your head up, I’ll pray for you and the family. Thanks for the rides
I have loved the sound of the R1 for so long, it’s my dream bike for sure! I also owned a 2011 Yamaha FZ8 and it was STUPID FUN AND FAST! Definitely love riding a naked bike . Can’t wait to see the next build series Brent!! Keep up the amazing work! Everyone else out there that can still ride…BE SAFE!
Can i suggest a build? 2024 marks the 40th anniversary of the Kawasaki Ninja name, it all started with the GPZ900R in 1984. That thing is a brilliant bike, i own one. They are very popular in Japan, where they provide tons of custom parts for it and create really awesome builds. You can order high end swingarms, triple clamps, wheels, suspension, bodywork, engine parts, everything. Would be freaking amazing to see you buid one. I think you will like it, its a bike with a personality. it's analog.
trust me you are going to miss supersports... I was just like you... thought i was done with superports and after 5 years of riding on Nakeds and back on supersports hahahaha
I loath riding in Austin. I usually almost get hit at least 4 or 5 times a week. But outside or around Austin, they do move over for you like you said. Kinda weird at 1st
Damn browdie sound pretty down rn. Couldnt hardly tell that was even you. Things will get better man. Sounds like your gonna handle things good with some builds an projects to work thru it tho.
If you're still doing the Grom build I'd be cool to see it up against some of the local Houston shops that have them too, not just looks but also performance wise
Shit I didn't even notice you were in Houston my guy. I just saw you in the video riding on Hardy Toll road and I was like "Dang that road looks familiar... O shit was that 610?" lol.
Sucks yours selling it, I just recently picked up an R1 over a street fighter but that street fighter is one hell of a bike to! If you ever want to ride I’m 40 min east of Atlanta but I ride up to suches and the tail often

Hey Moto, can I ask what setting you use on your go-pro for day riding? Starting to ride to work almost every day now, use my go-pro just in case anything happens, but my footage is too bright with this Texas sun.
get an nd32 filter for bright days. That's what I use as well. Pretty sure Motonosity does too... If you look up willhillkid that rides the fireblade or whatever his name is he has a video where he goes over the settings to put with the filter.
Wow, do you think you'd stay in Houston? Awfully flat there, makes for boring riding. Think you might move to Atlanta? Seems you do most of your business there.
I was never a Yamaha fan right back to the early 70's when all you could get locally (in Ireland) was a Honda or Yamaha and the Honda's always looked so much better so I guess that image stuck so I won't miss that R1 either - I never liked it. I am a BMW S1000RR, Ducati Panigale / Monster and Triumph fan. My only Triumph presently is a 2016 Thruxton R.
Bad decision. Your selling the best superbike ever made that still wins on track everywhere in the world. Your using the same MotoGP technology that Rossi used in 2012 exactly

Kinda bizarre thing to say if he doesn’t

Hey Moto your an inspiration to me going through a divorce at a young age with kids thank you so much
Holy shit you live right now the street from me now. I live off the 99 too.
@motonosity There are some light twisty roads northwest of Houston on 1488. Its a relaxing ride too!
Pulling a chase 😔
I’m the same- once a build is complete I sell it and start over
Brett not knowing Yamaha will discontinue the R1.

Do you still have the Ruckus?
My thing is, Why sell it? Just keep it. Been watching you for yearssss, one of the ogs for sure
Hell yeah ! Love the r1 👍. Just sold mine bought a panigale 1199s.

Those lambo trucks never want to play.
Man the sound of the r1 however I don't dont do sports bikes I'd rather a naked but my main issue is they're soo common I'd feel so average owing one
By what you feel is right for you
Lmao just buy the damn bike nobody cares what you ride (unless it’s a Harley 💀)
I’m looking to buy a XSR900-22, it would be awesome if you could do a test ride of that bike and tell me your opinion/thoughts
Watch kilcam your gonna see alot of videos on the bike and testing ofc speed
Where’s the grom build?
Did you change your microphone, Motonosity? The voice in this video, does not sound like the 'Real' Motonosity?
I’ll buy it
Sup bro I remember your jeep video @ hidden falls
Curious to know how you like a naked bike on the highways. Or if you're gonna change your riding on the highway because of it. Who knows
Kinda don't have a choice in Houston lol. Pretty much only highways.
Do you guys have no backroads ish of a thing or is everything just too far away?@@motonosity

One thing I know from watching you is there will be a time another R1 will be in the stable

Probably cuz TH-cam ain’t paying the bills anymore
Looks like ur moving away from supersports focusing on naked bikes , old monosity was classic 4 me , good luck with ur content.
