KG revealed something that many fans don't really know about. A lot of people don't know about the extremely intense Kobe. In public, he was usually so reserved and polish that it would be hard to fathom him being the way KG is describing him. I remember reading a book on Kobe and Tex Winter was like, Kobe came to him before he and Phil got to LA, and he was so passionate about learning that he thought he would have a nervous breakdown. 🤣

KG is in my top 5 favorite players ever. I've watched his documentary Anything is Possible (the 1st version) like 100 times. No kidding -- I know the entire documentary almost word for word. It's not my journey yet its still emotional to me. There was one part where they mentioned how his neighborhood started changing when KG started rising to success. Then the city (Mauldin, SC) etc. Shows how one random person can have impact. Watching from Kenya 🇰🇪

Biggest mistake the Lakers ever made was getting rid of Eddie Jones. The only team to play without a traditional PG were the Bulls with Mike and Harper. When Phil got there in 2000, the Lakers had just traded away Eddie and Nick. Eddie Jones could guard anyone and L.A. would have had Kobe and Jones in the same back court. L.A. would've gotten way more then three with that Oh well.
