      funny. when you add up the OVERALL ability of each individual. the 08-2010 Celtics were just plain and simple, better than any warriors team in history. idc what size of margin it is. Celtics are better. I would bet any amount that each and everyone of those warriors would've never been hall of famers If they were drafted on their own individual teams . ray, pierce, kg especually.... all hall of famers if retire in 07 on their own teams. add it to Tony Allen maybe the best perimeter defender ever? and rajon rondo who eventually would've probably carved out a hof career maybe not 1st ballot. kd obviously was 1st ballot already. iggy would've eventually made hof but not 1st ballot. curry wasn't far from exiting the league due to his ankle problems. let's face it guys like klay don't get recognition in the league he probably wouldn't have been given the proper chance(maybe only because his dad was the #1 pick and he won miltiple rings with the lakers)

    I think Kobe didn't answer because although he WANTED to play with his boy KG, He had already played with one transcendent player at the beginning of his career and people took shots at his legacy for it. Teaming up with KG wouldn't have let him show the world that he could play his way on a team built around solely him and win the chip. It worked out for the best as he was able to put the "you had shaq!" chatter to rest. I doubt he wanted to have to hear "You had Shaq & KG!!!" They gave us great ball as opponents. RIP

Cause that was Kobe’s chance to 3 peat again for sure. Look what he did with Pau and kG was a different animal. The lakers took like 3 prime years away from Kobe but he messed up for not hitting KG back up.

      @dannycooper1245 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Right?? Damn shame that they didn’t get together!! They probably get Pau anyway! Imagine that roster! Imagine the chemistry between Kobe and Kg! The intensity in those practices!! Pau was labeled as “soft” at certain points in 2008 and 2011 and 2012, and frankly played like it at times, even at times when the Lakers won. He DEFINITELY wouldn’t be “soft” if he had Kevin as a teammate!! Always motivating and pushing him to be better! I don’t even think it’s the “Kobe was in China” thing. It’s not his responsibility to keep track of those things. It’s the Lakers front office jobs! Jim Buss knew Garnett was in the market and he did NOTHING! Lmao! Damn Jim Buss! That whole Lakers franchise led by Jim Buss did hardly anything for Kobe after 2002. Had a chance to win so many more titles if they actually put the work in and brought people in. Kg in 2007 would have been titles for days! 2008, 2009, 2010, I believe they lose in 2011 because it’s almost impossible to 4 peat, but they win again in 2012. Damnit! We were robbed of one of the greatest duos ever! I hope there’s a parallel world or universe somewhere in which Kobe and Kg were teammates. Heck at that point I would rather they get together when they were younger! As soon as Shaq left in 04, the mvp Kg in his prime should come over!
