- Hello #avafamily! We hope everyone is doing well... For Week 5 of our #500reps challenge, we have a special guest - Coach Terence. He is sending us GREAT workout to do in our driveway or backyard - 10 footwork/jumping drills and in addition another 7 abs workout drills.
