    Bellissima lezione.
    Seguendo il vostro consiglio da 15 giorni sto utilizzando infuso di artemisia verlotiorum come spray repellente contro le zanzare. Sta funzionando bene. In precedenza usavo l'aceto, ma aveva un cattivo odore. La soluzione a base di artemisia ha invece un odore gradevole.
    Dopo questa lezione sperimenterò anche l'utilizzo in cucina.

      Ha un sapore molto molto forte. Dipende dal piatto. Io l'ho messa nel dado vegetale ma l'ho trovata troppo profumata, per fortuna che una mia amica ha adorato quel sapore così le ho regalato tutto il dado. Poi l'ho messa nei gambi di portulaca sott'olio che ho proposto ieri... Io la uso come aromatica perché per me il sapore è troppo intenso. Nulla ti vieta di usarla in cucina. Anche perché è la bravura della cuoca che fa tutto. Probabilmente io non sono una grande cuoca per questo non riesco a utilizzarla bene nei piatti

    Ciao Cecilia, ho ascoltato tutta la tua meravigliosa lectio aspettandomi che a un certo punto nominassi anche la A. arborescens. Recentemente un amico che fa estrazione me l'ha fatta conoscere, l'abbiamo raccolta in Calabria, in grandi macchie all'interno di uliveti e poi fatta estrazione, ho quindi idrolato e o e ma non so come usarla. A detta di questo amico esistono alcuni studi su pubmed in relazione alle sue proprietà antitumorali ma non solo. Come mai tu non l'hai nominata ?

    • @CAPRAECAVOLI
      @CAPRAECAVOLI  22 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Perché il genere Artemisia comprende 228 specie ed è impossibile fare un video esaustivo e poi perché se do tutto gratis nessuno viene più ai corsi 😜
      Artemisia arborescens ha parecchie proprietà soprattutto antimicrobiche ma non risultano studi che indichino proprietà antitumorali. Attenzione a chi si riempie la bocca con fantomatici studi su PubMed. Gli studi vanno letti, studiati e capiti e le piante sono già ampiamente eccezionali da sole senza che qualcuno inventi cose a caso, per vendere suppongo, senza nemmeno spiegarti come usare le cose che ti ha venduto 😉

    • @laurasolful
      @laurasolful 22 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@CAPRAECAVOLI no no, non è questo il caso, non mi ha venduto nulla. Mi ha fatto vedere il ciclo di estrazione dell'o e regalandomene una parte perché raccolta insieme.
      Puo darsi che sia io ad aver capito male sugli studi di pubmed che per me sono complicatissimi da leggere anche se l'inglese lo parlicchio. Ok allora, grazie del chiarimento. Continuo a ignorare come poter usare l'olio essenziale, magari un giorno lo scoprirò!
