I have a question. I had this system install on my Mustang by Best Buy. Recently I purchased a new Ford fob. If I program the Ford fob but turning the key on and off 8 times (for a Ford), I assume I have to re-program the Compustar fobs as well for the remote start. My question, however, is if I do that will it blow out the remote start option (with the press and hold for 3 seconds)? In other words, would it wipe out the Compustar programming for the remote start option so that I would need to return to Best Buy to have it reprogrammed?
I'm not sure, but my assumption is that adding a new key to the car shouldn't reset the remote start at all, since it's two different components that don't interact.
really clean explanation!! and a really clean alarm system!

Hello what is the t-harness use for with the compustart system?
It connects the device to the wires in your car
