    Thanks a lot! But I wonder if you know Artur Grandi, who is a founder of venture fund and he gathered a great community, with one common purpose of spreading the idea of his formula of healing whole world’s financial system, for the sake of which he wrote a book “Grand Time”, with descriptions and many other insights in it?!

    Great insights on community building! One advanced tip is to leverage 'super users' in your community; these are highly engaged members who can help drive conversations, reducing the pressure on you to always be the initiator. It's like having a team without the payroll.

    • @TomRossMedia
      @TomRossMedia 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes I love doing this! We've built entire structures around this. I often recommend providing structure for the help they're already providing, but then setting expectations of a 3 month period for this engagement, to then reassess how both sides are feeling. Otherwise you risk awarding members titles that are forever, even if they drift.

    Working on building a community for songwriters here. The more I embrace the process, the more I get to be present for the people who show up for my service. What I never realized about building a community was simply how long it takes... The consistent effort needed and the certainty as a leader required is occasionally quite daunting. But the more clear I become in the vision the more exciting the journey. Thanks to The Futur for helping me in this transitional time of my life, as well as Tom for his great insights. Looking forward to what the futur (hehe) holds! 😄

    SO DOPE!!! I have been hosting/facilitating a monthly event called Business Connections & Conversations. It started as a selfish need to connect with local entrepreneurs and business owners who are looking for a community with a "safe place" to talk about how they can do better in their businesses. This framework has clarified some elements of building our community!! Thank you!!

    This was hugely valuable. I’m going to launch a community specifically for “exited” founders who recently sold their business (for 7-8 figures or more) and also for people who want to sell their business for 7-8 figures in the next two years. Very niche but also an audience that has a ton of money and is looking to make life changing moves. Great job to both of you. One of the most valuable TH-cam videos I’ve ever watched and I mean that.

    So thank you!
    One thing I just wanted to mention, and I dont know why it bothered me so much, but found it a bit distracting that Ton's microphone was blocking the bottom of his face the whole time. I know it can be seen as cool to have a professional microphone in the shot, but for me at least It was nice to see his entire face when he was talking and I though the sound quality was a bit better from Chris's too.
    Anyways I know maybe an unusual thing to point out just wanted to say it though.
    Thanks again! :)
