    would it be possible to make a breeding flock for these guys? curious about sustainable broiler flocks

      That's what we've done here! We wanted to cut out the ordering of chicks and so far we've got 22 meat chicks hatched with another batch lined up to hatch in 3 weeks!

    What reasons would you keep your flock open? We plan to add new birds to keep genetics fresh, OR to replace lost stock due to sickness or predation.

      Yeah, it's more that they just don't understand each other, but it's better than a hutch for the rabbit for sure!
