I think so, swiss travel pass includes all boat ride in Switzerland. I have not used so I cannot confirm. For viewing points you don't have to pay just boat fare.

There are many viewing points where you can see the falls from top. There is one special one which you have go by boat and very near to to the gushing water. Enjoy!!

Both stations are about 50 minutes away from Zurich and an equal distance to the falls but on opposite sides of the river. Once you get off the train, exit the station, and the falls will just be a few minutes away. By Car, just follow google it will take you. There is big parking space so no worry. and By bus I have no idea. Hope you enjoy your trip.

If you drive from Rhein Falls back to Zurich there is a country side route which takes you through Austria and Germany which is pretty cool

I went by car from Zurich, just type Rhinefalls in google map , it will give you the route. I parked my car in Parking P1..plenty of space.
