haven't found a solution, but mine makes ice, but no water or ice gets dispensed and freezer light is also out. Let me know if u found

@@YeshCanHelp yes. Figured it out. Hold button down until it hits max temp then it goes downward to lower temp settings.

Very helpful, thanks! Our control board works fine, but the water dispenser itself was starting to look a little mildewed. We kept trying to pull it out, and didn't realize it just needed to be slid *down*.
