Not a fan at all of this builder or the sales people in this community.. i will never buy a home from Shea based on my direct experience. I was lied to, manipukated and eventually list a bid on a home i was buying for cash in this community. Dishonest people work for this builder. They can keep their homes.
The sales people manipulated bids to pin one against another, and then, I was told they put the bids in a "fishbowl" and pull the winner out. That was my experience. They lied over and over again, telling me that my nearly million dollar cash offer was the only bid. I found out, after waiting 2 weeks, that they were gathering a dozen offers before deciding. Ask them when you have an opportunity. They give home builders and real estate professionals a bad name. Be aware.
@ wow are you sure this is the right community? There is no house that is nearly a million dollars here. Maybe Trilogy Summerlin, but not Trilogy Sunstone.
@@MegaMrgl gotcha this is a totally different community not in Summerlin and they do not do that there. I understand that it is a Shea builder, but each community operates differently.

It was Trilogy Summerlin, yes. It was Shea builder. Anyway, never again.
