Yes, it was! I'm not sure why Kelly's American Idol reprise performance was used instead of her group round, though. She sang multiple G5s in the performance that wasn't in this video. But at least this video included Kelly's newer G5 in the Ariana portion. 😊

In that performance Aretha actually gave us some resonant A5s in the end ! But as far as the "main high note" Aretha's was so free and effortless. So we gonna go with the queen of soul herself! But I think Amber's ATE! I think she's the only one who sings the R E S P E C T breakdown flawlessly and then that G#5 was just n a s t y. In a good way Chile!

agora o G5 dela foi meio impreciso, o que é estranho, pq depois ela cantou bem mais agudo depois, porém ela sempre teve essa instabilidade, não é falta de técnica, mas de saúde vocal mesmo, que afeta essa região da voz dela.

Idk everyone I thought everybody did very well here. If anything Amber was the roughest but that might be just a stylistic choice. But in no way are these attempts "awful" or "grotesque."
@@rus1285 They are grotesque in every sense - horrid sharp off-pitch tuneless tone-less voices, like 99.9% of pop singers. All trying desperately to emulate the most pitch-perfect beautifully toned voice in pop music history.
Ariana’s voice doesn’t fit the song. Her tone, her energy, diction, and phrasing all completely missed.
