Another ghatiya layout in Pune. Damn, Pune builders are infected by Mumbai kachara designs. Banglore and HYD are much much better. Achhe ghar ke liye pune shift hote hai mumbai se, par wohi sick mentality waale builders and architects aisa kachara banate hai. look at drawing room, sick ! same as andheri ka kachara.
So true. This compact living concept from Mumbai has given these builders liberty to 1st-create small spaces and call them ultra luxurious premium apartments for slightly affordable prices and 2nd create really good spaces with extravagant prices that one would only dream of having. 😞😞

Slow construction pace .. also some problems with erstwhile premier auto workers union on the land ..
Last year they were quoting 85 lakh for 2bhk now quoting 1.1 cr ..as per carpet this project is overpriced
