Awesome ideas. I totally understand the need to make the onion tomato masala premix and freezing it…. However, a word of caution, it loses its nutritional value once frozen.
It was a company called Capri based in Capetown in South Africa. It's been a week cooking in it ,and I love it. It is rather heavy ,and I cook on low heat .I only cook meat dishes in it I am loving it.

But what can I do , we also stay far away from native , so make curd at home bt take with sweets 😊.. habit kothai jabe bolo 😊. Cant live without misti 😋.onek valo basa roilo tomar jonnyo.
