This is so niche, I didn't even know what the word for fly ties was in my native language. I have no clue about fishing but I'm really into ASMR and arts and craft, so this was a really nice, if unexpected, treat.

Personally I am NOT into the ASMR thing. Not downing those that are, to each their own. I am REALLY liking the flys that you tie. Would you PLEASE consider doing a voice over version in regular speaking tones describing what you are doing with what materials are being applied and perhaps posting onto a second channel as not to disrupt those that come here for the ASMR stuff? Will subscribe and see what happens. Thanks.

I know this seems strange to put in an asmr comment, but it scares me that youre not using nitrile gloves w curing products. No matter how careful you are, eventually itll catch up to you in the form of developing an Acrylate allergy, and that stuff is in Medical Adhesive. If you develop an allergy and need emergency medical attention, or have medical equipment you use daily already, you will be allergic to the adhesive and unable to receive care or use your lifesaving equipment anymore. Latex is adjacent to the family and you can becime sensitive to it. Acrylates are in much, much more than medical adhesives. Theyre in shampoos conditioners and body washes, lotions, foundations, lash glue, elastic bands so have fun with underwear and socks, Acrylic paint its in the name, nongel nail polish has OTHER kinds of acrylates that after gel polish or other craft acrylates mess you up you will also be allergic to eventually, THEY ARE EVERYWHERE. Once your body reacts to One molecule in the acrylate family, it will eventually react to all of them. Allergies are serious and preventing the development of them is important. PLEASE wear gloves, i implore you. It is not a small allergy, it can kill you and otherwise causes suffering if you simply breathe the FUMES of acrylates. Its Bad! Its scary.
Your craft is beautiful. I love watching. I would hate for you to have to stop because your body started reacting to the supplies you use. Be safe. The crab is so cute i dont want to give him to the fish!
Edit: i dont know why curing products have more toxic acrylates in them, they just do. We shouldnt use them anywhere else either. They DO cause problems everywhere, these products are just consistent problems. Touching these things can cause a permanent allergy to a family of molecules found in almost everything. Gloves are NECESSARY to prevent this, or it is an eventuality.

he so cute!!!! it occurred to me on a different fly-tying creator that the UV resin he used behaved a lot like UV polish, I'm so excited to see someone else who's carried that idea out to such a beautiful extent! The powder applicator, too, was really cool to see ^^
I really appreciate that! The carapace was a modification to the original recipe and a bit of a calculated risk, but I love how it turned out!
I originally left a comment mentioning the sound getting louder or quieter depending on it you were making noise, but it's fixed in the newest video :D so instead I will mention a fly I'd love to see you do!

It feels strange being here from fly tying and not from ASMR. I find any fly tying videos really satisfying, but it's such a thrill to find longer, in depth stuff without the most grating voiced american men taking about it (which i can mostly put with but gosh this makes a welcome change)
