    Di talaga maganda ang paginom ng alak after magworkout lalo na kapag heavy workout. Kinabukasan sobrang bigat at sakit ng katawan ko. Ilang beses ko ng naobserbahan yan. Kaya sa halip na ganahan ulit ako sa susunod na araw para magworkout, di ko kaya dahil ang sakit ng katawan ko. Kailangan ko magpahinga ng at least 2 days bago ulit magworkout.

    question lang po coach. dahil po naging tradition na ang pag papashot dahil feeling nila ay hindi marunong makisama pag humihindi.ano po ang isang masamang epekto pag uminom po ng protein shake then napa shot po ng isang basong beer (red horse) after? salamat po ng madami ☺️

      Depende sa reaction ng katawan mo pag nag halo ang whey protein at alcohol. Pero kung isang shot lang, wala naman effect yun.

      Pareho tayo sir but kung dating 10 sticks ako ngayon 5 na lang. Hopefully matigil talaga. Hirap kasi pagkakain ng 60g ng protein from chicken breast ang sarap manigarilyo. 😁
