      @samson folk the Angry Serb bashing you guys cuz he doesnt like the fact you guys are saying davion mitchell is good and is gonna get paid 10 million a year. the Angry Serb Trolled Davion Michell on X where Davion blocked him, and he made a troll post on it saying he doesnt take it personal davion banned him cuz he was trashing davions decision making and plays.

      @@samsonfolk2946 its the same perpetrator that was slandering fred vanvleet, siakam, dennis schroder, malachi flynn, ochai agbaji and now davion mitchell who is hoopculture13 who banned the content creator that spreads hate against raptors players as well as other raptors content creators. Ask ES he will know who the angry serb is. i believe Es got into it with him also.
      i believe he was saying he got no credit for spreading hate against the named players as well last night like he deserves some merit medal for spreading hate.

    Congrats on the sponsorship btw!

    @LegPressWhizzer 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Dude, congrats on the sponsorship! And agreed on the point about wanting Scottie to sharpen his driving skills as much as his three pointer, or more even. Like Tre said, the variance of the three means that some nights, it's just not going to be there whereas a driving game is much more reliable. I still don't think it's bad that Scottie is shooting more threes but I'd like to see an uptick in his driving as well

      Samson I just want to say I like your objective take on the top 25 under 25 ESPN's list & your ranking of Scottie. I personally would not take Maxey over Scottie despite him bein a better shooter /scorer. I see him extensively in the # 1option as a Sixer& he fail mightly. He is not the better playmaker or decision maker. SB is hands down better defensively & screener & rebounder. As for Chet he is better defender & shootet but Scottie beat him in the other areas. I will feel more comfortable running the offense through SB than Chet. Chet like Wemby's physique also concerns me long term.

    The thing is. Imagine if Giannis could pull up for 10 3s per game out of pnr. He might be the all time goat. This is the season for exploring the outer limits of the ever expanding universe that Scottie could become. If he can figure out the pull-ups he will be able to float gracefully to the rim like a voyager space walk. To infinity….. and beyond

    • @samsonfolk2946
      @samsonfolk2946 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +5

      if Giannis pursued his pull up 3 instead of his driving game, he would be a much worse player for sure
      you don't get to just add stuff on, these players chose how they developed and what they spent time doing, and Giannis is a FMVP and a prodigious driver

    • @leon__nights
      @leon__nights 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      I commented before finishing the video. I agree he doesn’t need to average 10 3s a game. But he can develop both and should because it will also encourage his aggressiveness. The point is if he can be perceived as a threat to pull up out of pnr than defense will have to go over the screen and he will be unstoppable. Why not try to develop it and see if he can become Giannis with a pull up threat?

    • @samsonfolk2946
      @samsonfolk2946 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @@leon__nights he already is trying to develop it though, and it's the focus of his summer workouts, he's taking nearly 6 attempts per game!
      he's been doing both, but I also would like to see driving emphasized so he can finally start having elite seasons as a driver, considering his physical gifts and passing ability

    • @leon__nights
      @leon__nights 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I mean Darko and the highly acclaimed development staff seem to think this is the way to go. Darko made that comment last year about if defenses start closing out it’s over for the league( or something like that). I mean I’m just some guy on the internet and not a professional basketball coach. I will defer to Darko for this take.

    • @samsonfolk2946
      @samsonfolk2946 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@leon__nightsScottie has also taken a leap in drives per game, I just talked to Darko two days ago about how they're working on it, it's not just the threes for Darko and the developmental staff
      we all disagree with coaches all the time, Nick Nurse was a championship coach and I disagreed with a lot - it's just hoops!

    though RJ is/has been excelling in this role, I question how effective he remains when his USG is scaled down (with IQ's return as well as whenever we add more players via the draft)
    he's never been a good "role player" and I think y'all are jumping the gun here a bit. I think the issue with him has always been scalability. He can "get you buckets" but can he do all the other things necessary for a team to succeed?

    As the captain of the anti-Bargnani bandwagon (so much so it pissed off a lot of people off), the two things that made me so against Bargnani (and why I don’t think he’d be good today either) was his poor defence and bad rebounding.
