To my knowledge you either have Odd and Even harmonics added via distortion or you just have Odd order harmonics. I doubt the 1073 has strong enough bias to create the asymmetry needed for Even order harmonics added to the Odd. EDIT: was going to say that the presence of Even order harmonics would be a technical flaw... but after watching further I guess there actually was a "flaw" built into the unit!
