Yea I remember paying $14 for the bo2 dlcs. Came with all the maps and camos. Now ur paying $30 for a shitty operator skin that makes ur game lag or doesn’t load in till ur half way thru a game
I don’t think they’re even focused on progression in the game I think they’re addicted to who has the cooler shit. Which has always been a thing but it’s irrelevant now because it’s just bought. Old cods you’d have to grind for everything and having the cooler shit showed you were a better player. But it’s just a money grab now and it’s not gonna stop until the actual employees at these companies do something about it
dont even know why I watched but oh well. 1. Call of Duty has never been the same, CoD 2 is way different than CoD 1, CoD 4 is way different than CoD 2, MW2 is way different than CoD4 and so on... So I got no clue what you mean by "will never be the same" cause it never was. 2. There is no proof that there are bots in multiplayer, there is proof that there aren't though, you can check profiles of the players since MW2. Kinda hard to imagine Activision setting up accounts for the bots and Sony/Microsoft/Valve being fine with that. 3. Patents existing don't mean it's inplemented, Ubisoft has patents related to brain activity being monitored while playing a game, show me a game that has that. 4. Supply drops were shittyy, so are paid guns. We got a cosmetic/non gameplay related content through battle passes and store. No more paid guns, no time limited guns, no map packs. Skins and double xp only. Also you claim to be a game dev which is worrying if you don't see a difference between different roles in a development team. People who work on netcode don't work on skins, people who work on skins don't work maps etc. 5. AI generated content since you seemingly got lost and sidetracked into bots in lobbies. I'm just gonna reccomend you check the technology behind 3d models made by AI, they're shit, they're gonna be shit for quite a while. Also they would have to admit to using AI generated content since Microsoft and Valve demand it for the games put on their stores. They wouldn't loose anything by admitting it if it was true. They can loose a lot if it turned out they lied. 6. Skin collabs are not predatory? How are they predatory? Do you even know what predatory means? I don't like them myself but would never be able to say they're even remotely predatory... 7. CoD HQ was introduced in MW2022 for the exact opposite reason that you claimed. The first Warzone broke content in other games because it wasn't based on the same infrastructure, it is now and everything works correctly unless you fuck something up yourself. If you're having issues there are fixes online. Overall, if you don't like the game, don't play it. You can refund it unless you played a lot which you wouldn't judging by the video. You can try it out during the free to play weekends if you didn't buy it but are still curious. Is the series perfect? Hell no, no game is for everyone so I'm not gonna ask you to play it despite not liking it. I am gonna ask you though why make a video that brings nothing other than a suggestion for others to quit based on your personal dissapointment with the series which is also not explained in the video?
