Coconut cream 200ml 浓椰浆 200毫升
Water 1600ml 清水 1600毫升
Caster sugar 200g 细砂糖 200克
Agar powder 16g(6tsp) 燕菜粉 16克(6茶匙）
Jelly powder 4g(1.5tsp) 果冻粉 4克(1.5茶匙)
❤Brown Part 褐色部分
Palm sugar 250g 椰糖 250克
Water 1800ml 清水 1800毫升
Agar powder 16g(6tsp) 燕菜粉 16克(6茶匙）
Jelly powder 4g(1.5tsp) 果冻粉 4克(1.5茶匙)
Pandan leaf 2pcs 班兰叶 2片
❤ Green Part 青色部分
Pandan juice 600ml 班兰汁 600毫升
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Agar powder 5.5g(2tsp) 燕菜粉 5.5克(2茶匙)
Jelly powder 1.4g(1/2tsp) 果冻粉 1.4克(1/2茶匙)

Butterfly Blue Pea juice 600ml 蝶豆花水 600毫升
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Agar powder 5.5g(2tsp) 燕菜粉 5.5克(2茶匙)
Jelly powder 1.4g(1/2tsp) 果冻粉 1.4克(1/2茶匙)
