They are so nice my brother-in-law had one building at their shop and we drove it back to Arkansas. The handling is amazing and much better than any lifted truck I've been in.
I'm a Chevy/GM man through & through but those vans are literally one of the only Ford vehicles that I really want.. I drive a lifted 02 Avalanche but I want either a Tahoe or one of those decked out vans to go with it

@@pcwizzy460 I’ve seen a few oddball 5 lug “baby” sterlings in some late 90s E150s but that’s it. Some van things make no sense, not sure why ford never put the Sterling in the E series, or went to the metric bolt pattern
Do you use manual sway bar disconnects on the front axle to get the articulation off road but keep the stability while on road? Or have you experimented with the electronic style that Ram and Jeep have been using?

Could these mods be made to a 93 Club Wagon with the 351? I expect most, if not all of them could, as Ford didn’t really change the underpinnings over the decades... just curious.
@@ujointoffroad is the front gawr amended ? lots of weight, if thinking of putting an 05 and up f series superduty front axle on my 07e250, is there no weight issue?
The USA is one of the two places I’d like to visit before I peg oot and the first place I’d visit would be the memorial to president Lincoln. My reason for this is simple, it’d be to give my thanks for his and his team at the time for putting in place the ending of slavery and for being far sighted enough for doing so. The other place is the Vietnam memorial and this reason is to thank them for there yesterday’s i and millions of others had a tomorrow. 🙏👍

Well done video, everyone. My UJOR van still impresses me every time I drive it, built it in 2014.
Fuuuuuuuck yes. This is where it's at
Man people need to know about this! I hope I see this van on the road here in NC one day
When the time is right, I'll be coming to you guys.
Really great vans! I have one with 250k miles and still running strong
Hell yea dude, I want to convert my 28' RV to something like this
Chris, UJOINT is a solid guy delivering hands down a quality ride beit 75 on the road or creeping 7.5 off-road
Chris built a very similar van for me. It’s a great value, in my opinion!
What did you spend?
Recently picked up a 1997 Ford E 350 Club Wagon V10 for an off road camper build. It's dope to see what you guys did with yours
i know that this van is a ford, and the A-Team van was a chev, but the whole video i could hear the A-Team song in my head.
I did a Ford A-Team van and everyone flipped out! In a negative way :D
I'm a Chevy/GM man through & through but those vans are literally one of the only Ford vehicles that I really want.. I drive a lifted 02 Avalanche but I want either a Tahoe or one of those decked out vans to go with it
Imo worth the money
Beautiful 🔥I want one now
Hell yeah that's a kickass van!!!
Awesome Chris and Ali!
Thank you!
Why do you always convert to solid front axle & not the ttb set up??
Is there a difference when it comes to the extended e-350's? It's still able to convert to 4x4, 6" lift with 33's or 35's?
Nope, no difference in wheelbase, just the body.
I been wanting one of these for years.
Awesome, thanks for the info 😀 👍 I am loving ❤ it
When you say 60k, includes cost of van or on top of van purchase cost?
He's including the cost of the van.
This van just sold for 65k
Really nice set up.😊👍🏾
Cool ass van!
Love their rigs! What’s the overall height with 6”
lift on 35’s and a roof rack? I assume it probably doesn’t fit under a standard garage door?
It’s still about 6’ shorter than a Mercedes Sprinter 😒 those vans are ridiculously to high for off road
how is towing on these? This may be an option for me to pull my boat and stay in overnight
Most E series are rated up to 10k
I had Pathfinder with a 460 in it with a Dana 60 front c6 with a shift kit on 35x12.50 16s and cross over stirring I regret getting rid of it every day
Does UJoint work on Chevy/gmc vans also?
No. Just Ford.

We don't, not common enough to have them disconnected. Easy enough to pull a link if needed.
Are you going to offer the front swaybar kit? I'm interested in finding out more about the kit and if it'll fit a Quigley as well.
Our sway bar won't work with a Quigley, sorry

There are many options depending on the van yr/engine, check our website to see everything we offer

What is the cost for something like this?
He talks about cost near the end of the video. To replicate that van, it would be around 60K.

Does anyone know what the largest size tire that you can run and still open the right rear door without opening the left?
Stock suspension? Or lifted/4wd?
Are the 4x4 vans dependable as a daily driver or are there parts that will wear out quicker than others?
For sure.

35x12.50R18 Nitto Recon Grappler on 18-inch Raceline wheels.

Yea in low range 🤣

Yes. His kits are designed to work with all 4th Generation E-Series vans. So, 1992 to 2014.

my budget is closer Old Ford Econoline or Chevy eXpress. those are what I’m looking for.
So close to being a complete van just needs a bed and a kitchenette.
Easily added if that's what you desire~!
what about gvwr?
What about it? Doesn't change with the conversion but the handling and load capacity difference will make it tow better.
