Even though this video is 5 years old I wanna send Michelle and this taping technique some love for giving me the first pain free night I’ve had in months .
Thank you so much! I'm an artist and have that radial tunnel pain making painting with large brushes or lots of repetitive motion quite painful. Hoping this will help! UPDATE: Just got my tape and I swear I felt immediate relief, before I had even put the second piece on. Thank you again, I'm praying this is my answer!
@@muminaslantas205 the tape was only a temporary measure for me. I went to physical therapy for about 9 weeks and with stretches, exercises and time, mine healed completely. I still do the stretches to keep my elbow in good health and prevent further episodes. Hope you can get some healing for yours as well 🙏
Your videos are always informative. It is nice to have a professional that demonstrates how to apply the tape to oneself instead of to another person, especially since I will be doing these applications to myself. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. May the Lord bless and keep you and your family.
Any tips for achy fingers after boxing? Achy as in when I curl the fingers towards the palm. Its the second knuckles that hurt not the ones I make contact with Edit: wow I just watch your hand and finger exercise video and pinched the finger where the pain was at the same time and making a fust and the pain is gone completly cant believe it! Thank you!
How do you know if you injured your radial nerve or the nerve that has to do with cubital tunnel ? I was playing basketball a few months ago and I was shooting from a very very far distance.. I ended up hurting my entire forearm. It went completely numb and I felt pain in my elbow down to my wrist. Now it came back even worse then before a coupe months later. Same pain but I feel it in my thumb and my little and ring finger. Feels like a electric shock and stabbing type of pain. Unfortunately I am getting no help from doctors. But this happened from playing basketball which is why I feel like it was my radial nerve

Any ideas for an athlete who had a fracture of the proximal radius?
Definitely! The tape can be moved to anywhere on the radius.
What if I have hairy balls… I mean arms ?
Shave 😆

You should Rest it completely for a month I’m just getting over mine
An EMG would tell the doctors if there is a nerve issue see an orthopedic surgeon.
