The justice system in this country for those of wealth and means is like a sloth climbing a 50 ft. tree, seems to take years to get to the top! But for those of lesser means, the justice system is like a bat out of hell, everybody gets burned quickly.
I think our experience with Scump has colored our perception of justice, i.e. not everyone files appeal after appeal after appeal, like Scump. I think one judge labeled him a professional litigant or something like that; seemed to imply that filing as many counter suits, delays, appeals, etc. as Scump has, places him in an almost criminal category just for the apparent delaying tactic aspect. He may have also labeled his MANY suits as frivolous. He may hold the Guineas World Record for most suits filed by an individual. Where is he, does anyone have eyes on him? I’m surprised nobody has seized his passport; when they arrested Alan Weissleberg and Navarro, they seized both their passports.

I think the Judge should set bail conditions to include something like a 25 million cash bond, surrender of passports, ankle monitor, gag order prohibiting comment or discussion of the case to the media or online, and home confinement. His behavior just over the last few days shows how even more dangerous he is growing as the consequences catch up with him. I think anything less than severe restrictions at bail hearing would be a travesty and miscarriage of justice.
