I’ve been using loofahs for years and I have the most glowy, super soft skin! ✨ It’s like a light exfoliation process for every shower! Just make sure to rinse all of the soap out and hang to dry. Replace every few months for hygienic reasons and they’re like $1-2 :)
I’m fine- I use a loofah every day and I’m okay. Also, I don’t even use it down there. Loofahs are a bit scratchy, good for the rest of the body, but I probably wouldn’t use it down there anyways. When you're done using, shake it and hang it to dry. For down there, do not allow soap and water to get into the vagina. The vulva, the outer area should be cleaned properly. i just wash my washcloth/loofah with a soap carefully after i took a shower and then just fully dry it...i think it's plenty enough to keep the loofahs clean and prevent any bad "scenarios " which you had mentioned in this video to happen with your washcloth 😀

My mom has taught me to use natural loofah : fibres of a kind of cucurbita plant . We use it for a month or so , then throw it out and use a new one . Biodegradable, gentle on skin

Shower gloves are my go to. They can be thrown in a sanitizing wash over and over again, you can get soft ones or really rough ones for a good exfoliation. It’s also supper satisfying to wash in your belly button and between your toes with them 😂 that might be tmi but you have to try it to know.
But if u understand how soap works. The suds, foam and bubbles are created when the soap mixed with water, traps the bacteria and etc on ur skin, then the rubbing motions and water washes it away. With that being said, even if there are gems on the Lufa the soap will always remove it. Plus regularly cleaning hr lufa can get rid of any excess germs if u are really concerned about that. This is just my logic

I just use a special Korean "rag" that my grandmum got me since she thought "oh youre Korean and you need a new towel to wash so here" and it is a red rag. Mine is green but yk still. Its a rough washcloth that washes the dead skin off of your skin and smooths your skin. Look it up for more info ig because im dumb

use your hands and a wash cloth. to exfoliate, you can either just use the wash cloth (if it’s rough enough), or use a body scrub.
