Hey Bea, you're my favorite guitarist and a huge inspiration to my guitar playing and a lot of your stuff has rubbed off on me. Absolutely love your work mate and especially them tasty ass riffs you come up w. You should do a video on your new carthus burst sig, to me it's one of those guitars that belong in the upper echelon to me. Chapman took it to the next level with that guitar. Def do a video on it brother. Much love from Dubai!
I love chalk teeth!!!Sounds wicked with this guitar too...the following part from 7:24 is something again, that warms up cold heart. And you have a guest in the takes. :)
What really gets me is the clarity. Without being lacking in low end, it really cuts through nice and clean and yet still retains some great bottom end. Really dig it.
Feeling a bit intrigued by Chapman guitars but I wish they'd move the truss rod adjustment to the bottom of the neck for easy access. This has become much more common on a lot of guitars out there.
You know that you have broken the barrier of spoken language when even an animal enjoys someone's music, just look at Nelly's joy Damn that was a very cute cameo
I really like the grit of the traditional but, I'm probably going to go with the modern so that when I do put it through more distortion, it has a tone that will work with that. I don't do it often but, when I do, it has to work.
Sounds amazing as always. The traditional is wicked. You think in the future you could compare the ml3 pro modern vs the ml1 pro modern. Since the only difference in the 2 is bodywood I would love to see how the ash vs alder would differ through your rig. Have the pick up height and string height set the same to keep it as close as possible. I really think the ash would be noticeably brighter.
You guys need to do a custom configurator tool. If I could get a roasted swamp ash t style seafoam with cream back and ivory binding, a custom shaped mint green pickguard, a pair of emg 57/66tw pickups, 5 way switch, tone and volume push pull pots, an extremely slim quartersawed half scalloped non roasted maple neck, graphtech locking tuners, a kahler bridge, heavy relic, that would be awesome.
I preferred the old ML3 pro modern, that was mahogany, and ebony fretboard! By the sounds of your playing, anybody could give you a bit of old wood, hammer two nails in it, and then string it up with some old bits of wire, and you'd still make it sound amazing!
I'd grab a traditional in a heartbeat.... but that infinity sign in the fretboard.... blerg looks like a kid drew it on with a sharpie! Any way to get one without the inlay?
Had a ml3 pro traditional (the metallic black and gold one) for a couple weeks now and completely fallen in love with it Sounds a lot better in your hands than mine though 😂
@@anzufam6397 that's great to hear. I've heard some horror stories about the quality contol of some of the Chapman line. They look great but just debating to take the risk over the Prs.
Bea your tone is always so thicc and epic! I know you mentioned before the IRs you use are basically prototypes from the GetGood Zilla plugin, is there any chance you could let us know which cabs, speakers and mics are involved, so we can have a crack at approximating the tone ourselves? Cheers!
The modern is basically the same thing as my squier double fat telecaster dlx but with a nicer neck, nice cutaways, 24 frets, locking tuners, and better stock pickups... But otherwise it's exactly the same...;) Are they both 25.5 scale? What's the nut width?
I've had the black&gold ml3 pro traditional for about 2 months now. I also was between this and Prs SE, but after trying both the decision was easy. Construction, neck, tuners, nut and pickups are better on the Chapman and it also has ss frets. No real comparison there. Why i'm looking at these videos is due due to the fact that the ml3 pro traditional is the best guitar i've had and now i'm thinking about getting another Chapman with humbuckers. Btw, the neck on this guitar is exquisite.
@@JoonasJ86 cheers for the reply mate. Its good to hear as I've heard some horror stories in regards to the quality control with some chapmans. Also, did you get a case or gig bag?
@@serpentor21 no problem! I’ve only tried Chapman Pro models and they all felt great. No case or bag with the newest lineup. I think almost nobody offers hard cases anymore with their guitars, which is a bit of a shame. Luckily padded bags can be bought quite cheap.
hey Rabea. have you tried the dimarzio hs series?. i dont like at all, no character at all but i am torn i wanted single coils, what single coils did you finally settle on? thx man keep up the good work !!
Bea, got a question I would like your input on an amp that can be all are around, an amp that can give me clean, crunch, dirt, and max gain, what amp do you recommend and I would be using an ml3 bea pro, thanks
Rabea - the undisputed master of tone. So nice to watch this again
Mate, you should release an album with the "just noodling" stuff. I can listen it for hours 😂
Brilliant 👌🤘
You should pick up his "Grinding Gears" albums on bandcamp.
No joke. I've never heard anything like that playing from the Traditional. Got one on the way because of this. This would make a great album.
As always, came for the guitars stayed for the playing. What an amazing racket!
The ML3 traditional is gorgeous and sounds superb. I especially like the super-smooth riff starting at 11:05 to about 12:25. Absolutely beautiful !!

i love it so much when you play toska riffs
Holy crap that fuzz tone on the traditional sounded like it ripped though a layer of our atmosphere
6:12 Wow, really had to hit us with that Chalk Teeth intro huh Bea?
So good man, yeah!
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who was immediately like YEAH haha
With that semi-clean tone the real quiet part, that traditional is amazing.
Feeling a bit intrigued by Chapman guitars but I wish they'd move the truss rod adjustment to the bottom of the neck for easy access. This has become much more common on a lot of guitars out there.
You are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Love watching (and listening) to your videos, particularly with surround sound. THE BEST!!
Ill probably order the Pro Modern, but thats only if we get more videos with your guest reviewer in them. That face of approval at 7:29 sold it!
One of the best guitarists in the world right now IMHO.
Bea! U my friend are going to go places! these tasty ambient jams of yours are like pure gold! Cheers Brother and all the best!

Damn that was a very cute cameo
Must learn everything rabea sensei has to offer
The Tradiotional ML3 Pro is the kind of guitar that I want all 3 of those colors.
Man the modern Version cost 1000€ at Thomann! Dawm i‘m Ordering one just now 🙋♀️😁thanx Rabea!
Man so nice introduction and very versatile playing 👏👏👏I hope will buy one thanks a lot 🤘

Holy shat. That’s Rab 0.5 - he’s half the size. Good on you! Bet you feel better. Keep the vids coming!
Beautiful guitars - amazing playing as always - inspirational stuff man
whoa, that jazzy bit was great
truly mesmerizing tone my man, badass guitars!
This was a lovely video Bea.
The Traditional evoked very inspired playing. 👍

There's custom shops for that if Chapman isn't making the guitar you want
What is that insane distortion at 13:42???
AWESOME Rabea 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Always a pleasure watching your videos Bea. Also, that background music is amazing, is it inspired by Philip Sayce?
The traditional is totally Sick. I'm saving now. Maybe my uncle Hans Thomann will give me a good deal.
Hello Bea, on another note. I would love, if you can find a way to do another "Sounds like" with Matt. Im dearly missing this series.
we definetly need some more toska on these reviews!
Really love the black and gold color version of the ML3 Pro Traditional. When do these officially release?
This made me Order my second chapman guitar
That jazz !!!!
Killer tone on the Pro, what tuning are you using?

What the FUZZ?! 🔥

Is it still playing good? Trying to decide between this and a Prs Se custom.
@@serpentor21 Plays great! Haven’t had any problems with it at all, even straight out the box the set up was pretty much bang on how I like it.

I’m slowly getting to the conclusion that you could make a broom stick sound awesome if you demoed it.
With the Seymour Duncan pickups spec's, do they also have CTS control pots or the Alpha's that usually come in Asian guitars?
How do they compare with the older ml3 rc edition? Or the trinton finish? Loved the look of these but can't get them anywhere anymore .
Great demo, Bea, as always. Would love to see an ML-2 to match that Cyber Black one. Or any new ML-2 😭
When will guitar center have that burst one?
(Runs to trade in all T types in ownership) I must have that Traditional it sounds immense !
Anyone got one of the traditionals? Just wanted to some thoughts on them as im deciding between that or an Se custom.

That guitar looks like the moon. Lemme' get a piece of that moon cheese, baby!
Does anybody know which picks is Bea using?
Are all the pro guitars coming with branded pick ups these days, as just part of the pro specs? :)
Bea, got a question I would like your input on an amp that can be all are around, an amp that can give me clean, crunch, dirt, and max gain, what amp do you recommend and I would be using an ml3 bea pro, thanks
I'm looking for a something a little different and this could definitely be it!
Man i like the licks,
Hells yeah
Do the pros still come in cases? Feel better about getting one that way since I live in the US.
Not anymore im afraid. I called Andertons and Guitar Guitar here in the UK and no case or gig bag.
The dog sitting to the side with a lighter up. Bea, you are the shit. Keep slinging videos please.
i'd like to just be sat in the corner, maybe on shrooms or a little smoke. listening to Rabea jam for hOURS
could you review a manson actually?
impressive, but can you play the forbidden song?
A little selenium forest at 10:07.
So fat jam!!! Thanks Bro!
15:10 Pyramid Song by Radiohead, reminds me of
love watching adverts
Majestic Telecaster
this or a manson?
Champan ml1 RS review 🙏🏼
I don't know what sound you are chasing.....I am chasing your sound.
If only there was a Chapman guitar that encompasses the modern & the traditional... H - S configuration with split coil possibility... Oh wait...
👀
You want both. You have both and I have non .lol
I'll TAKE ONE OF THE MODERNS IN A LEFT HANDED MODEL WITH THE SILO PICKUPS PLEASE!! IF INDONESIA WILL MAKE IT? I WOULD CERTAINLY BUY IT!!!
07:28
13:40 - Jesus Christ. That sounds unbelievably filthy. It actually made me pull a horrified face.
Fast fret fluff in the high e saddle lol
Oops haha
7:23 14:07 10:08
Edit. I got both
I’m poor, can I have one? :)
Cool but that bridge is a cheap and generic as it gets, its the same as on my AliExpress guitar
OMFG this cyber black is sooo sick but too hard to had one because of my country life is BULLSHİTTT .
Are you loosing weight or something?
