It also depends on how you say it and your dynamic with your s/o if someone said something like "just shut up and go make dinner already!" It would be very rude especially if they say it with an attitude, how ever if someone says it in a more playful of soft way and it's clear that they are joking then i think it's fine (something like "oh sush/shut uuuup 😆")
