Facts. I used to hate him and think he was annoying as hell. Then I stopped watching him for a while and idk if he changed anything about his style but he's become one of my favorite guys to watch. He's annoying in a good Skip Bayless kind of way, but he also has better takes.
@@DanielLopez-yj2kn He knows how to be incendiary without it just being absolute nonsense, and whether he does or not, you get the sense he 1000% believes everything he predicts. Most importantly, he's absolutely excellent at arguing in a way Skip Bayless simply is not.
Really was amazed that Nick is self aware of his voice. I have to turn off the SXM station anytime he’s on because he’s so screechy. Dude just talk to us.
They are so right. The Chiefs have the best QB, best coach, best playoff record, best defense (just), best special teams, are at home and have two SB appearances and won one. By what acid trip can the Bills ever be considered to be anything but underdogs in this game. Absolutely insane.
Fun... But Nick Wright is such a LeBron fanboy. And guess what, that 3 point percentage from Bron, is not even 2 percent high than Kobe and Jordan. And when you take a league wide average for their eras, it turns out LeBron is lower than league average, whereas Kobe and Jordan were AT the average. One of the many myths Nick Wright tries to perpetuate.
So people have gotten better at shooting? What’s your point? Just cause players were worse at the 3 in a different era doesn’t mean lebron is somehow worse at shooting because of it lol
Lebron will be remembered for his great series carrying Matthew Dellavedova as his only wingman, the Mavs loss in the finals, and the guy who must create superteams to win a ring. My two cents worth.
He never said LeBron was higher than league average, he said he shoots it better than Mike/Kobe did from 3.. which is true, you're just getting butt hurt and moving the goal posts.
This is simply not true, Kobe shot 33% from 3 over his career, the league avg was 35.6% for his career. That's pretty substantially below average. For Jordan, he shot 32.7% and the league avg over his career was 34.4%, which is less noticeable but still worse. Fwiw, Lebron is at 34.7 and the league avg was 35.7. But this should tell you only one thing. This statistic is stupid as shit. The reason the league avg is frequently higher is because the average 3 point shot is way more open than what Kobe, Jordan, or Lebron shoot because they are the primary offensive force of a team, so the defense focuses on them. That's frequently what creates those more open 3 point looks. Also, you clearly don't understand statistics because 2% is like a pretty statistically significant difference over a large sample size (which this would certainly qualify).
So Dan Marino is a “second tier” quarterback? It’s nonsense to anoint TB12 the best ever just because of the rings. We don’t consider Russell the best ever despite his ELEVEN rings, or Yogi with his ten. You could make the argument that Brady’s the best just based on ability and results, but there I think he’s just short of Marino, and yes, Aaron Rodgers. Marino set the standard for me because he could consistently make passes other QBs wouldn’t even try. Rodgers is better, and until Burroughs or Mahommes put together 15 or 16 years of what they do, he’s the GOAT.
Agree. No one mentions Terry Bradshaw and his four rings. Know why? Because rings aren't the most important measure of anything. Football is too much of a team sport to weigh rings too heavily. I do think Rodgers could use another championship for his legacy, but that's JUST because "legacy" is defined partially by clowns who over-emphasize rings. And so it goes.
Come on now, don’t do that. That was against the freaking eagles. The Bucs were on autopilot up 31-0. The rams are a whole different beast who have already beaten the bucs this year, and the Bucs had some of the key players who are currently out with injury. I’ll never bet against Brady, but I think he should be very concerned.
KC has the BEST BBQ and also the BEST QB the land. Josh Allen is a BEAST. What Allen and The Bills offense did to a BELLICHECK defense that were healthy and ready was phenomenal. I don't believe, probably out of respect for Bellicheck, that it was talked about enough this week. While all of the "sports reporting" was focused on The Cowboys yet again, this young QB in Buffalo punched the coaching GOAT and his D in the kisser. That said, KC beats The Bills in a LOUD Arrowhead.
Dick wrong at it again, mahomes played a game where he went 20/37 for 206 no TD n int at HOME. To pretend like Mahomes wasnt one of the worst qbs during his slump is comical.
He wasn’t. He was top 5 in every major statistically category. The only real concern were the turnovers. Not even a chiefs fan here btw, but while Mahomes was awful by his own standards, he was still among the best quarterbacks in the league as a whole. Nowhere near as bad as Zach Wilson, T Lawerence, Andy Dalton, and the many other bad quarterbacks this year.
I don't know how far down the list you're looking, but 20/37, 0 TD and a pick isn't even close to one of the worst in any week. In fact you're just proving his point... that's one of Mahome's worst career games and it's just meh. By Mahome's standards? Terrible. But by league wide standards, not close to "one of the worst." Nick makes some comical claims. This ain't one of 'em.
