He will be at 1,000,000 in 2-3 weeks,less than a month. Every year around this time subscriber count goes up like crazy! I remember when I subbed he was at 30,000 an it was around the 4th of July.
Use a couple soft kayak handles mounted to the inside of the left and right sections. Should be able to pull the whole thing together and carry like a briefcase and fall out of the way when opened up.

I thought I saw an automatic canister firing system at the Spirit of 76 channel. Don’t know the price, but it’s not cheap I assumed. Cody could save up for that if he’s interested. On the other hand, Cody could work with that mortar rack company to make future products.
I just got 100 blue tubes on Thursday from GLMR. 2 50 shot spread racks already built.

Idk if that rack has the hole for the fusing stile you like but my question is does hole any Effect on the fireworks when you shoot them normal
I say - put some locks and hinges that can lock them together. 4 hooks on the corners and then two loops of rope with a handle in the middle. The Handle comes off so it is out of the way. :) - Just a thought!
If you paint the timber with emulsion paint you'll give it some fire resistance too.

Just put some of those little metal clips that come on suitcases and stuff like that too hold it together, just could put one on each side and then you really could put a handle in the middle

It is posible just rope loops on both the sides and done you can carry it like a suitcase and stil fold it open
Put latches on the outside and then you can latch it shut for easy transportation
Cody on your unhinged rack at the collapse/bend where you showed your grip technique you can add magnets to add extra closing strength and added transport security or a hook/latch, or Velcro 🤔

I have been watching you since 2019 I love your videos and I bought some of the products that you are lighting
I got some 7"coming in thr mail. Never saw them before i bought online. The 8" quadbreaks were OOS 😂

you can still add a handle and attach it on either sides so you can fold them up or down when carrying or not carrying
put some straps or hooks for bungee cords to keep it together when your folded up so it wont unfold when your moving it around.

A locking handle wouldn't be hard to add on either side of the rack that would allow it to unfold.

I feel like you could easily make a carrier for that. Just going across the three panels width wise instead of length wise. I'm thinking something like the old ice carriers that would clamp harder the more weight they had.

You have come a long way my friend
Couldn't you use some sort of quick release handle on each side. Then drill each side of the handle into rack one and three where one or both of the sides (of the handle) can unlatch. That would also provide even pressure so it would be easy to carry and transport. Or put latches on each side to prevent it opening up and connect a leather or nylon strap, that can be detached when opening up the rack, on the top to carry.
hehehe great minds think alike.. i just suggested HOOK & EYE latches and using something like a duffle bag strap clipped into eye screws/bolts

U could use a hook and eye screw to connect it together when closed so u can carry it with out it spreading out on u

You could have put a handle that snaps in place with locking rivets. These rivets are attached to the rack and the handle would snap onto the rivets keeping it closed till you removed the handle.
Cody, that is such an amazing idea with the folding rack, imagine putting together a 50 rack that folds just like that, plus doing all the rest that you have. What size tubes are those?

Cody you familiar with Pro Fireworks at all? I’m not sure if they’re only sold in Michigan. I’ve been getting most of my fireworks from there the past 3 years. I think most of their brands are BIG & Black Diamond. Don’t really see any pyro channels with them just curious.
