Adding the DDD Package to a local Cygwin install

Thanks! I am taking ELEC 278 this semester and this is the only video I could find on the niche topic.

if you have already installed Cygwin, just click "install from local directory". In my setup, startxwin didn´t open a new terminal window. What I had to do is launch "startxwin", then open another Cygwin64 Terminal and do "export DISPLAY=:0.0"
and then I could use "ddd".
