DrummerGrrrl it actually works better that way. I have an online Gel Plate class if you’re interested there’s a video about it here on my TH-cam. Try cleaning it with packing tape when you ultimately decide to!

Some of the leaves you chose don’t make a good impression. I like to use rose leaves and ferns the best from what is available to me. I’m still testing to find other suitable plant forms.

Oh thanks! I think the best size to start with is 8x10 for the 9x12 stencils and 9x12 rice paper pad

The various gelli plate manufacturers all advise not to use photo paper as it can stick so much it damages the plate.
