Aftershock is becoming one of the biggest and best metal festivals going. Attendance was over 35,000 this year and l was there Sunday. I live a mile and a half away in downtown Sack o'tomatoes. I got to see Band-Maid on the 30th of September and Babymetal on the 9th of this month. Band-Maid is still far and away my number one but, l have to say, my opinion of Babymetal is far better than it was before l saw them. I also squeezed in the Who and Liam Gallagher on the 9th of October at the Chase Center in San Francisco. It was a great two weeks for me.
I've seen that big dude with long blonde hair and sunglasses in so many babymetal fancams haha. He always gets the moshpits started. Legend!
I was to the left and it was amazing set!!! happy they got to perform at aftershock!!
I was there with my wife and her friend. We had a great time.
