Choco Muffin Fruit Custard
Serves 8-10
Custard: • Video
Ingredients:
1/4 cup custard with 1/2 L milk
chopped apples, grapes, pomegranate, dates or other fruits & nuts of your choice
slices of chocolate muffin
1/2 cup prepared whipping cream (packet)
1/2 cup fresh/packet cream
2-3 tbsp condensed milk
Procedure:
Prepare a 1/4 cup custard with 1/2 L milk (recipe in descrp) and add chopped apples, grapes, pomegranate, dates or other fruits & nuts of your choice. Mix well.
Spread it on a pudding bowl as shown.
Add slices of chocolate muffin on top, as shown.
Add another layer of fruit custard on top. (You can also add another layer of muffin slices if you want.)
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup prepared whipping cream (packet), 1/2 cup fresh/packet cream, 2-3 tbsp condensed milk. Mix.
Add it on top of the custard and spread it evenly.
Coat the top layer with chocolate muffin crumbs and fruits.
