This is a video about how to efficiently build a LifeRoom One Screen Room, also known as the LR-One. This product line is made by Four Seasons Outdoor Living Solutions. This is a quick and easy screen room enclosure, to keep your patio cover enclosed all year long or open with the option for full airflow and light. This LifeRoom had 2 automatic screens (with the option to install 2 more in the kit), a 3 inch insulated roof, smooth extruded white painted metal posts and headers, option to install upper solid transoms as well. The roof install portion of the build was a Four Seasons Insulated Roof, sealed with Novaflex Caulking. Screws and Hardware Provided by Four Seasons.

Liferoom One Installation Directions:
1. Establish location of Patio Cover
2. Install Hanging Channel
3. Determine Post Locations (Mark Locations on Header, Leave room for Screens Screen Posts)
4. Secure Post Header Brackets on Header in Post Locations
5. Cut Posts to Desired Height (Top of Header Should be 4-12 Inches Lower than the Bottom of the Hanger)
6. Attach Posts to Header and with a partner, flip over the Post and Header for Roof Installation
7. Insulated Roof Installation (Ensure the Insulated Roof Panel is at the edge of the Hanger and Header)
8. Keep Post, Header and Insulated Roof Square while installing the rest of the Insulated Roof Panels.
9. Cut the last Panel is need to match up with the edge of the Hanging Channel and Header.
10. Level Posts and Secure to the ground with provided Red Head Anchor Bolts
11. Attach Screen Housings to Bottom of Header Between Posts
12. Attach Screen U-Channel Tracks
13. Attach Screen Zipper Guidance Track (Adjust is screen is catching while in use)
14. Clean up and Enjoy your LifeRoom One Screen Room!
Tips: Square off the house using a String Line, 3,4,5 Method or Measure your Diagonals.
