    Many thanks for sharing your wonderful version of the 8 pieces of Brocade qigong. I love doing it just before bedtime, followed by a little meditation. It’s a great way to clear the body and mind!

    thank you! I find your videos and your style, lovely soft voice that projects nicely and I am sure I will enjoy your lessons. Iam in my 84th year have been a martil artist for 72 + years retired from judo at 70 taiji and qigong I teach at 3 remote each week, I need to increase my qigong knowledge this will help thanks. cheers SYD

    I enjoyed your video. I liked the emphasis you put on the form. I was confused about the horse exercise. Do we rotate from one side to the other and then go to the center and alternate sides?

    there are a lot of inconsistencies what you do, especially in the second position of archery you have to be in Ma Bu then, you have to see further than the thumb lung and the index finger large intestine, visualize further than these two meridians.

    I am sorry to say that this way of practice is not Qigong. This is just physical exercise. There are Qigong theories of every movement. Your movements obviously violate those theories.

      tough question! Qigong can help! but I would consult with perhaps a functional doctor if you have one in your area.

    A woman who has tattooed her arm is either self destructive or disrespectful to her body.
    Not a good example for someone who has a desire to improve their body and health.
    FYI: there’s a 24% increase in the incidence of lymphoma in people who have been tattooed according to a European epidemiological survey.
