*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful piece of property, & you can't beat the taxes, thank-you for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
That was the quickest least detailed synopsis you've ever done. You didn't show the outhouse you didn't show where the generator was you didn't show the property you didn't show nothing.
(I am so spoiled by both of the McPhails, it's hardly worth watching anyone else...oops, Theriault as well, my bad) Potato, patato...tomatoe, tomato, no matter the interior furnishing, a shed by any other name is, wait for it, a shed. I think most people would equate "cabin" with stick built, not something purchased at a 'big box store' and delivered to the site, some cabin kits not withstanding...
So is only 1 acre permissible for development?... and the rest protected so no further buildings may be erected on the additional 41+ acres.. .OR... is all open for a buyer to develop with additional buildings and land clearing, etc.?
The majority of the acreage is in the tree growth current use tax program. Gives owners of undeveloped Timberland, a big break on the property taxes for not developing the land and utilizing it to produce fiber for our forest products industry, you can remove land from the program by paying a one time penalty, and then you can develop the land for other buildings.
Beautiful great looking setup
What a beautiful setting. Great listing Rachel.

Look back in the videos they discuss tree growth program
This one left more questions than it answered, no offense, she only showed about an acre and left 41 acres out of the video.

Is it direct trail access so you can get there on snowmobiles in winter?
I've noticed eastern and southeastern maine are way more expensive for land then it is up north say in Lincoln
